Education

• You have completed a very good university degree in a quantitative, technical, or comparable field.

Qualifications

• You have a proven track record in leading small teams and successfully delivering high-quality results.
• You combine solid practical Data Science expertise with a strong consulting mindset. You confidently structure unclear or complex business issues, work directly with clients, and translate sophisticated analytical insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
• You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured, pragmatic, and detail-oriented working approach.
• You possess extensive knowledge of relevant AI and machine learning approaches, including predictive modeling, generative AI, large language models, and neural networks.
• You are familiar with leading cloud and machine learning platforms and understand the requirements for developing and implementing analytical solutions.
• You are fluent in German and English and can communicate complex technical topics clearly to business stakeholders.

Experience

• You have at least six years of relevant professional experience in data science consulting or in a data-driven corporate environment.
• You have proven experience in applying Advanced Analytics and Data Science to commercial questions, particularly in the areas of marketing, market modeling, and pricing.
• You have experience in managing strategic projects, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and collaborating with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
• You are proficient in Python and SQL and have practical experience in developing statistical models and machine learning models. Knowledge of additional programming languages is an advantage.
