Technical Product Manager

We are durchblicker.at, Austria's independent online tariff comparison portal. With our services, we create transparency in the often opaque jungle of insurance, electricity & gas tariffs, mobile & internet contracts, and banking products. Our innovative comparison calculators have already helped many customers save a lot of money on their fixed costs.

Our Product & Tariff team is responsible for the conception, further development, and maintenance of our comparison calculators. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager who will take end-to-end responsibility for several of our comparison products: from market analysis and prioritization of further development to technical implementation within the system. You will decide what is built – and work closely enough with the product to implement many aspects yourself.

• You are responsible for several comparison calculators in the areas of insurance, finance, energy, and telecommunications – professionally, content-wise, and in their further development.
• You decide, based on market, tariff, and usage data, which developments have the greatest leverage, and you communicate your prioritization to stakeholders.
• You keep track of how customers actually use our calculators and measurably improve the presentation of results and the conversion process.
• You stay close to the product: Tariflogiken and Fachliche Anforderungen are translated directly into the system by you, rather than just specifying them.
• In interface projects with providers and partners, you are responsible for the product-related part and ensure that data and subsequent processes run correctly from a technical perspective.
• You work closely with IT, Service, and Partner Management and are regularly in contact with external providers.
• You monitor the market, competitors, and international product approaches, actively contributing ideas for new features and product areas.
• You use AI tools effectively to make analysis, research, documentation, testing, and recurring workflows more efficient.

• The collective agreement minimum salary according to the Trade Collective Agreement is 35,490 euros per year. Of course, we will agree on your actual salary based on your qualifications and experience.
