Deine Rolle im Team
- You will be a member of the Customer Application Support team and part of a worldwide technical community providing premium pre and post sales technical support to NXP customers and their projects.
- You drive design-in activity at customer sites in close cooperation with the regional NXP support and sales teams; you provide technical skills & support to NXP's sales staff and will liaise with the NXP technical community about technical issues and future roadmap of your customer(s).
- Provide proactive technical support and solution engineering for customers.
- Support customers remotely and on site.
- Offer technical consulting and guidance during customers' system definition phase.
- Support technical design-in activities and lead customer projects.
- Deliver technical product and solution training to customers.
- Create application notes and technical support materials.
- Contribute engineering support during product development.
- Share customer feedback to help shape next-generation products.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
- Python and Linux knowledge is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of microcontrollers.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and training.
- The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
- The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
