As a Senior Software Developer (m/f/d), you actively shape the technical development of our software products and take on a central role in implementing complex solutions based on C#. You design, develop, and optimize sophisticated applications with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability within a fully in-house developed software ecosystem.

You bring your experience in architecture decisions and technical standards, analyze existing systems, and implement improvements in a structured manner. You take responsibility for key topics, support your team with technical questions, and work closely with other departments. From planning to implementation, you oversee projects holistically and actively contribute to the development of processes, quality, and collaboration.

• You actively shape the technical development of our software products and influence their long-term architecture.
• You develop with C# as the central programming language and technological foundation of our core applications.
• You design, develop, and optimize sophisticated software solutions with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• You work in a comprehensive, fully in-house developed software ecosystem where products, services, and components interact seamlessly.
• You actively contribute your experience in architecture decisions, technical standards, and sustainable solutions.
• You analyze existing systems, identify optimization potentials, and implement improvements in a structured and sustainable manner.
• You take responsibility for complex work packages as well as core technical topics within our development projects.
• You support the team with technical questions, code reviews, and the development of efficient solutions.
• You work closely with development, support, and other departments to ensure clear technical coordination.
• You collaboratively implement modern UI/UX concepts with our design team using our in-house UI framework.
• You accompany projects from technical conception through planning and prioritization to successful implementation.
