- We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer who enjoys transforming ideas into practical applications, connecting business needs with technology, and enabling customers to get more value from the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Design, develop and implement applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages.
- Advise customers on best practices for Power Platform governance and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Platform solutions into broader MS 365 and Azure ecosystems.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions and provide technical support to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft certifications and contribute to internal capability building.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable qualification.
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure and Azure AI ecosystems.
- Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 or PL-900 are a plus.
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and GPT-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles.
- Good programming skills, preferably with C#/.NET.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- A consulting mindset and strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new developments.
- As an individual, you are a team player who takes initiative and ownership.
- You communicate clearly, organize your work effectively, and enjoy solving complex challenges.
- You’re eager to learn and share knowledge, and you thrive in a fast-evolving technology landscape.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and services.

- The monthly gross salary for this position will start from € 3.954,00 (based on IT collective agreement, ST1 Regelstufe) on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience.
